Social media wall widget
Every feature of the social wall, and when to use it.
One wall that mixes Instagram posts, YouTube videos and Shorts, and your own pictures and videos. Below is every feature in the four tabs, what it does and when it helps.
1. Items: what goes on the wall
Paste a link
What it does: Paste a link to a public Instagram post, a YouTube video or Short, or an image. Several links at once work too.
When to use it: Collect your best posts from different places in one spot.
Upload
What it does: Upload your own images, or drop them on the box. Each item can have a title, a description, a link and a button.
When to use it: Show product photos or event pictures that aren't on Instagram, with a Book now button.
Your own videosPaid plans
What it does: Upload your own MP4 videos.
When to use it: Short clips you made for your site.
How many
What it does: 6 items on Free; more on paid plans (up to 100).
When to use it: Start with your 6 best.

2. Layout
Templates
What it does: Ready-made designs at the top of the first tab. One click swaps the look and the example content; you then change the words.
When to use it: Start from a design that is close to what you want instead of an empty widget.
Look
What it does: Grid (even rows, title on the picture), Slider (tall posts in a row, like Shorts), Cards (picture, then title, text and a button) or Masonry (each at its own height, like Pinterest).
When to use it: Slider for videos and Shorts; Cards when every item has a button; Masonry for photos.
Title and description on the picture
What it does: Off, on hover, or always.
When to use it: On hover keeps the wall clean while still telling people what each item is.
Columns and picture shape
What it does: How many in a row, and the shape: auto, square, 4:5, 9:16 or 16:9.
When to use it: 9:16 for Shorts and reels; square for a tidy photo grid.

3. Style
Background
What it does: Light or dark, or your own colour behind the posts.
When to use it: A colour turns the wall into its own section.
Corners and space between
What it does: Square to soft corners; no space to wide, or an exact number.
When to use it: No space looks like one big mosaic; wide space feels calm.
Animation and hover
What it does: Fade, slide up or zoom as people scroll to the posts; zoom or lift on mouse over.
When to use it: Brings the wall to life.
Card edge, play button and popup
What it does: A thin border or soft shadow; the play button's look; the caption beside or under in the popup.
When to use it: A soft shadow lifts cards off a busy page.
Arrows and pagination
What it does: Arrows on or beside the posts; dots or numbers.
When to use it: Beside the posts keeps pictures clear.
Seasonal look
What it does: Small holiday touches on the widget: New Year, Lunar New Year, Valentine's, St Patrick's, Easter, Eid, Halloween and more. Auto switches on its own around each holiday.
When to use it: A friendly touch for a few weeks a year, without making a new design.

Settings: the link and your own CSS
Show
What it does: Instagram likes and comments, the Instagram or YouTube icon, the title, description and button on your images.
When to use it: Hide likes if your numbers are small; keep icons so people know where a post comes from.
When a post is clicked
What it does: Open it big here (YouTube plays there, photos open large), play it on the card, or go to Instagram or YouTube.
When to use it: Open big here keeps visitors on your site.
Powered by WidgetPop
What it does: A small link under the widget. The Free plan always shows it; on a paid plan it is hidden unless you turn it on.
When to use it: Keep it hidden on a paid plan so the widget carries only your brand.
Custom CSSPaid plans
What it does: Your own CSS rules for this widget. Its classes start with .wpop, and the preview shows the result.
When to use it: For designers who need an exact font, size or spacing that the editor doesn't offer.

Add it to your website
In the Install tab, add your website's address under Allow your website, copy the code and paste it where the widget should appear. Every change you save shows on your site by itself.
