Common problems
Calculator not working? Check these first
Most problems have a quick fix. Find yours below.
A result shows 0 or a dash
Check the formula uses the short names of your questions, exactly as they are written in each question's settings. The editor marks a name it does not know in red.
Visitors can't see the results
If you chose to ask for details first, the results stay blurred until the form is sent. Switch Collect leads to a button under the results if you want them shown straight away.
I'm not getting lead emails
Every lead is in Leads in your dashboard either way. Check the address under Email me each lead, and your spam folder.
Nothing shows on my website
Add your website in the Install tab, under Allow your website, then open the live page (not your builder's editor). Still blank? Right-click the spot, choose Inspect, and look for a [widgetpop] line in the Console tab.

How do I add a calculator to my website?
Create a calculator widget, start from a ready one or a blank one, put in your numbers and paste the embed code into your page.
Do I need to know formulas?
No. The ready calculators already have them. If you want your own, it works like a spreadsheet: price * rooms, or IF(rooms > 3, 50, 0).
Can I see who used it?
Yes, when you collect leads. Each lead comes with the answers they picked and the results they saw.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free calculators have up to 6 questions and 2 results. Paid plans allow up to 40 questions, 15 results and questions that only show for some answers.
Will it slow down my website?
No. It loads after your page, and the sums run in the visitor's browser.
