My widget doesn't show on my website
The usual reasons, and how to fix each one.
Check these in order
- 1Your website is added: open the widget, Install tab, Allow your website. The address must be the one in your browser's address bar.
- 2You are looking at the live page: website builders often hide code in their editor or preview. Open the real page in a new tab.
- 3The code is all there: it is two lines. Some editors cut the second one (the script). Paste it again into an HTML or code block, not a text block.
- 4You haven't used up your monthly views: on the Free plan, a widget stops showing after your plan's views until the 1st of next month. Billing shows how many are left.
- 5Your cache is cleared: if your site uses a caching plugin, clear it once after adding the code.
Still blank?
Right-click where the widget should be, choose Inspect, and open the Console tab. A line starting with [widgetpop] says what is wrong in plain words. Send it to us with your page's address and we'll help.
